Transform Your School Programs

Inventing a New World Of Education Through Communication and Partnership
Can a school learn?
Today's schools are challenged with higher standards, less funding, and a future that looks like more of the same. In such a tumultuous time, what is needed is for schools to become learning organizations. Obviously, schools are already learning institutions, but are they themselves learning? Can schools become flexible and creative enough to raise scores, deal with economic disparity, discipline problems, and larger class sizes?
Schools are not one-dimensional or simple organizations. One could say that schools are rather complex, with many facets and levels of concern from several different committed groups, such as parents, teachers, students, vendors, and governmental representatives. To transform such a complex, multi-faceted organization we need to take a multi-faceted approach involving, at least in some respect, all commited partners of the school.
Our Transform Your School Handbook has programs to address different aspects of a school. Each of the programs are independent, and yet designed to build on each other or powerfully complement each other. Programs for students and teachers to create a powerful and genuine partnership for accomplishing their academic goals. Programs for teachers dealing with diversity issues; Programs to bring inspiration to teachers who may have lost their passion for teaching; and the Sugar Free School Initiative to impact health and academic results.
Transforming Your School takes leadership and dedication from the top, but without powerful communication tools and alignment from all parties, it can be a rough road.
Please feel free to be in touch if you have any questions or inquiries.
We are continually evolving these programs and adding more as we expand our ability to provide them.
Welcome to a new world of education.
