Teen Holiday Project

Providing the power of family and community to homeless and independent teens during the holidays.

For teens on the street there is no harder time than the holidays. Not only is it colder, but it is more apparent than ever that they are alone. The Teen Holiday Project was created to help provide a warm evironment for teens to have connection, gifts, and good food during a particularly hard time of year.

Reaching out to community youth centers and get a wish list from their teens, put up a tree in the local youth center, organize a dinner for a youth center. There are so many ways to participate, at all levels.

The simplest way is to gather donations from friends and family or local business: Most needed are:

  • Jackets
  • Blankets
  • Sleeping Bags
  • Thermos
  • Personal grooming products
  • Hats and Gloves
  • Warm socks
  • Gift cards from Payless Shoes, GoodWill, or other local vendors

With support, these courageous and wonderful kids can make it to school, jobs, and find the comfort they need to learn to take care of themselves. t

Anyone can create a local project in their neighborhood community. It just takes one person to say it will be done and the ball is rolling. If you are interested in starting a project please send an email to , teenholidayproject@transformationofeducation.org

We are also committed to making classrooms available where there are none, so we are developing Job Training Learning Centers for Teens with mentor programs to provide advance learning to teens who would not ordinarily qualify for job training.

A great education should not be a hardship or out of reach.

SchoolHouse Earth is for you…we are committed to delivering a great education to anyone who wants it, rapidly, reliably, and powerfully.

Welcome to a new world of education.
