The Local Grower's Program links local farmers with Edible SchoolYards Installations.

This simple yet powerful partnership provides schools engaged in organic education the opportunity to get first hand expert advice from local farmers who have expertise for the local growing area. They can provide planting schedules, opportunites for field trips, and make themselves available for questions and classroom visits.

What kids learn now about food, they take into adulthood. These hands on opportunties to be around and grow fresh, delicious foods helps children learn about eating healthier.
